Privacy Policy — LAMPA

Human Space LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (« we, » « us, » or « our »), operates LAMPA, an audio listening app for a mental reset. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use LAMPA or contact us. Human Space LLC is responsible for the personal information processed to operate the App.

1. Technical Identity and Session Access
LAMPA has no signup or login screen. Firebase Anonymous Authentication automatically creates a technical user identity so the App can authorize access. “Anonymous” here means you do not provide a name, email address, or password to sign up; it does not mean that no personal data is processed. Technical identifiers and network information can still distinguish a user or device.

The App uses Apple’s app transaction identity to track the three introductory listening sessions across reinstalls. Technical identity, allowance and session-authorization information, and subscription entitlement information are used to determine access and support authorized sessions. Starting a new session requires an internet connection, even when the audio is already cached.

2. Audio Downloads and Local Storage
Audio is downloaded from Firebase Storage over HTTPS before playback, then played locally rather than continuously streamed. The App caches up to 250 MB of downloaded audio on your device. An authorized, unfinished session can resume offline while its authorization remains valid.

Download and authentication requests disclose your IP address and technical request information to the services handling those requests. Playing a downloaded file locally does not itself require continuous audio delivery from a server. Local audio caching is separate from server-side identity, allowance, and subscription records; uninstalling the App does not necessarily delete those records or reset the introductory allowance.

3. Optional Analytics
Firebase Analytics is disabled by default. You can choose to enable it through Settings. When enabled, it processes app-interaction events and associated technical information, such as app-instance identifiers and device and app information, to help us understand usage and improve LAMPA. Analytics is optional and is not required for listening.

You can withdraw your analytics consent through Settings. Withdrawal applies to future collection and does not automatically erase information already collected. Contact us if you wish to request deletion of information associated with you.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
After three introductory listening sessions, LAMPA offers an auto-renewing subscription through Apple StoreKit 2. Apple handles payment. LAMPA does not collect your payment-card details. The App processes transaction and subscription-entitlement information to verify access and support Restore Purchases.

The applicable price, billing period, and subscription conditions are displayed before purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple subscription settings. A privacy or data-deletion request does not by itself cancel a subscription.

5. Advertising and Crash Reporting
LAMPA contains no advertising. The current build does not integrate a dedicated crash-reporting SDK such as Firebase Crashlytics. This does not exclude technical service logs or diagnostics that Apple processes under your device settings and its own privacy practices.

6. Support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use this information to respond to your request and address support or privacy issues. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

7. Purposes and Legal Bases
Where European or UK data protection law applies, we process information necessary to provide requested listening access, downloads, and subscription features to perform our contract with you. We rely on consent for optional analytics. We rely on our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing misuse of the introductory allowance, and handling support enquiries, subject to your rights. We may also process information where required to meet legal obligations.

8. Service Providers and International Processing
Google/Firebase provides authentication, audio storage and delivery, and optional analytics. Apple provides app transaction and subscription services. These providers process information necessary for those functions under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements.

Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Applicable provider data-processing terms describe protections for international transfers, including contractual safeguards or recognized transfer frameworks where applicable. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

See Firebase’s privacy and security information, Google’s Privacy Policy, and Apple’s App Store privacy notice.

9. Retention and Security
Retention depends on the purpose of the information: technical identity and entitlement records support access and restoration; introductory-allowance records support enforcement across reinstalls; support correspondence supports handling enquiries; and optional analytics follows the configured analytics retention controls. Information should not be retained longer than necessary for these purposes, security, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations.

Firebase states that Authentication logs retain IP addresses for a few weeks and that other authentication information remains until deletion is initiated; removal from its live and backup systems can then take up to 180 days. Apple maintains its own transaction records under its policies. Removing locally cached audio does not delete provider records.

Audio downloads use HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your Choices and Rights
You can keep analytics disabled, withdraw analytics consent in Settings, manage subscriptions through Apple, and contact us about your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a portable copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your information. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France.

For privacy requests, email the address below. Because LAMPA does not require a named account, we may need limited information to locate the relevant technical records and verify a request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

11. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as LAMPA or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
