Human Space LLC (doing business as City Whispers and Walk Together), a Wyoming limited liability company (« we, » « us, » or « our »), operates the Walk Together mobile application (the « App »). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding it.

1. Information We Collect
Anonymous listener identifier.
When you first open the App, a random anonymous identifier is generated and stored locally on your device. This identifier is used solely to coordinate your audio session with the guide’s streaming server to route the live audio stream to your device. It is not linked to your name, email address, or any other personal information, and it is never shared with advertising networks or third-party analytics services.
Session metadata.
The App connects to a live audio stream hosted by a guide. In doing so, it receives metadata such as the walk title and now-playing information from the guide’s server. This data is displayed in the App and is not retained beyond your session.
Network information.
As part of the WebRTC audio streaming technology, your device’s IP address may be shared with the guide’s streaming server in order to establish the audio connection. This is standard behavior for real-time streaming applications.
Camera.
The App requests access to your device camera solely to scan QR codes provided by guides. No images or video are captured, stored, or transmitted.

2. Information We Do Not Collect
Your name, email address, or any account credentials — no account is required to use the App
Your location or GPS data
Your contacts, photos, or files
Any audio recorded from your microphone — the App only receives audio and does not record
Behavioral analytics, usage statistics, or crash reports — no analytics or tracking SDKs are present in the App

3. Third-Party Services
The App uses Cloudflare’s STUN server (stun.cloudflare.com) as part of the WebRTC connection process. This is used only to help establish the audio connection and does not involve sharing personal information with Cloudflare beyond standard network traffic. Please refer to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
No other third-party SDKs, advertising frameworks, or analytics tools are present in the App.

4. Data Storage and Security
The anonymous listener identifier is stored locally on your device using Android’s standard storage. We do not operate any servers that store personal information about users of the App.

5. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will take prompt action.

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
